At Hestra, we want returns to be as smooth as possible for our Canadian customers. Please follow these guidelines to ensure your return is processed quickly.
What Qualifies for a Return
- Only unused items purchased directly from Hestra Canada website are eligible.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in new condition with tags attached.
- Items purchased with a Discount/Pro Code are not eligible for returns.
Note: Returns may take 10–14 days to process during peak Autumn/Winter months.
How to Start a Return in Canada
Since we do not use the return portal for Canadian orders, you will need to reach out to us directly for a prepaid return label.
- Email cs@hestrausa.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Our Customer Service team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for Canada.
- Ship the items using the provided label, ensuring they are in new condition with tags attached.
Shipping Costs:
- Using the prepaid label deducts $10 CAD from your refund.
- Original shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.
Large Returns:
- Returns of 5 or more items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Gloves returned with tags removed may not be accepted; if accepted, a 10% re-tagging fee applies.
Exchange Policy
- To exchange an item, return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for your desired item(s).
- All exchanges are subject to availability and at Hestra’s discretion.
Tips for a Smooth Return
- Keep all tags and packaging intact until your return is complete.
- Make sure items are unused and in their original condition.
