Hestra does not offer direct exchanges for online orders.
Instead, exchanges are handled through a return + reorder process.
How Exchanges Work
To exchange an item:
- Return your original order for a refund
- Place a new order for the desired size, style, or color
This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible, without waiting for processing or restocking.
Important Notes
- All exchanges are subject to availability
- Exchanges are handled at the discretion of Hestra Gloves
- Items must meet return requirements:
- Unused and unworn
- In new condition
- Tags attached
- Items purchased with a Discount/Pro Code are not eligible for return or exchange

If You Purchased from a Retailer
- Exchanges must be handled through the original retailer
- Hestra cannot process exchanges for items not purchased directly from their website
