At Hestra, we want to make returns as easy as possible. Please review our return guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth process.
What Qualifies for a Return
- Returns are accepted only for unused items purchased directly from Hestra USA website.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be in new condition with tags attached.
- Items purchased with a Discount/Pro Code are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
Note: Returns during high-volume Autumn and Winter months may take 10–14 days to process. Thank you for your patience.
How to Start a Return
- Visit our Hestra Returns Portal.
- Enter your email and 6-digit order number (found on your order sheet or tracking email).
- Select the items you’d like to return and your preferred return drop-off location.
Prepaid Return Label:
- We provide a $7 prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
- Using this label deducts $7 from your refund.
- Original shipping fees and Route insurance are not refundable.
Large Returns:
- Orders with 5+ items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Gloves returned with tags removed or missing may not be accepted; a 10% re-tagging fee may be applied.
Exchange Policy
- To make an exchange, return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).
- All exchanges are subject to availability and at the discretion of Hestra Gloves.
Tips for a Smooth Return
- Keep all original packaging and tags attached until your return is processed.
- Ensure items are unused and in original condition.
- Returns with missing or damaged tags may delay processing.
